It's December! Wow, where did November go?! I feel like when you're working towards something it makes time go by faster. It's kind of crazy, I'm 14 weeks out! I'm constantly so worried that I wont be able to accomplish everything that I set out to do. I hate filling myself with self doubt but it's inevitable at times. But from here on out I'm not going to let negativity get in my way. Perfect segway into my goals for the month!
December Goals:
- Never miss a day of morning cardio.
- Drink a gallon of water a day.
- Change up my stair master routine, higher intensity no matter how tired I am.
- Update my blog at least every other day.
- Don't let negative thoughts take over.
- Go to bed earlier (this will also help with my 1st goal).
- NEVER GIVE UP.
